Ingredients.
* Chicken 1/2 kg (boneless).
* Red chilli powder 1 tbsp.
* Black pepper 1/2 tbsp.
* Butter 50 gm.
* Turmeric 1/2 tbsp.
* Salt 1 tsp.
* Yogurt 2 tbsp.
* Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp.
* Tomatoes ( 2 sliced ).
* Green chillies ( 3 sliced )
* Ginger 2 tbsp.
* Mint leaves for garnishing.
Cooking Directions.
* Heat the oil, add ginger and chicken fry for 2 minutes.
* Now add ginger garlic paste,salt,black pepper,red chilli powder,turmeric, sliced tomatoes, sliced green chillies and yogurt,cook until chicken tender and oil begins to separate.
* Dish it out top with butter.
* Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
